PERSONALITY We don't have to be defined by the things we did or didn't do in our past. Some people allow themselves to be controlled by regret. Maybe it's a regret, maybe it's not. It's merely something that happened. Get over it. Jason is a flirt, he leads a lifestyle free of stability and confines in every walk of his life, to a point. When the job of Five is pushed upon him, he becomes surly, aggressive and even short with people, it sparks the fire of rebellion in his mind and is usually the predecessor to one of his flights of indulgence. Unfortunately due to most of Jason's training he is slow to trust, he shies away from anything more than casual sex and the only person he's truly open with is his Cepan. However, once someone has worked his way into that circle of trust he is fiercely protective. In relationships, Jason hasn't ever indulged himself in one before, he's lead up to this point a stage of serial polygamy, never being with one man for more than a night, however should he find love a built-in mechanism will slowly kick off, regarding love between a Lorien and anyone else. One of the gifts his planet gave all their population is to love completely. Without jealousy or insecurity or fear. Without pettiness. Without anger. HISTORY When you have lost hope, you have lost everything. And when you think all is lost, when all is dire and bleak, there is always hope. Five is the Fifth Garde of Lorien, a dead planet that had been raved by the Mogadorian race. Him and eight other members of the Garde along with their Cepans, a sort of guardian for the children that taught them how to use their powers when they grew of age. Five lived with his Cepan, Alain for all of his childhood, constantly moving around the globe in order to maintain his cloak of anonymity. He grew up with a constant training regime to hone his body in preparation for his Legacies, which he then eventually was forced to train too. Training wasn't exactly Five's idea of an amazing time, he grew with it and dealt with it but was constantly full of resentment of what he felt was a burden that had been forced upon him simply by the details of his birth. This inevitably lead to some degree degree of teenaged rebellion, regardless of the fact he wasn't an average human boy. Five allowed himself to slip into a lifestyle of drinking, smoking and fucking any guy who gave him a second look.. as long as they were hot enough. Legacies It's the little mistakes that lead to big mistakes.
